💎 Why This Matters

Growth happens faster when you don’t have to do it alone.

Having a safe place to ask questions.

To be curious.
To celebrate wins.
To learn without judgment.

That’s where transformation begins.

The Diamond Intimacy Collective wasn’t created to be another online course.

It was created to be a home for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, create more pleasure, and build intimacy on their own terms.

💎 A Question to Reflect On

What kind of support would help you create the intimacy you truly want?

Would it be learning?
Community?
Coaching?

Simply knowing you aren’t the only one asking these questions?

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

Sometimes the next step is simply saying yes to being supported.

💎 Ready to Go Deeper?

If you’re ready to build confidence, strengthen your boundaries, and create the intimacy you truly desire, come join us inside the Diamond Intimacy Collective.

This is where your transformation becomes real.

✨ Coaching
✨ Community
✨ Conversations that matter

Because your intimacy will not change unless you do.

And your future self?

She’s waiting for you. 💎

Dr. Sonia (00:43)
You are listening to the Midlife Sex Coach for Women podcast, episode 240. Hello, hello, hello, Diamonds. How are you? Whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop. So excited to see you here. Okay. Welcome back to the Midlife Sex Coach for Women podcast. I am your host, Dr. Sonia Wright. Today’s episode is a little different, and I’m excited to share it with you. This is a replay of the recent Diamond Intimacy Collective. Welcome.

Call and QA call where I walked through exactly what the Diamond Intimacy Collective was all about, who it’s for, how the community works, and answered many of the questions that women had before joining. A number of women attended this QA session and a number of women joined after the QA session. So I thought to myself, I think this is something I would like to share with my podcast community.

So, if you’re wondering whether the Diamond Intimacy Collective is the right next step for you, this replay will give you a behind-the-scenes look at what we’ve created together. A supported community where women in midlife can learn and grow and laugh and ask questions and reignite intimacy on their own terms. You may want to go to the YouTube channel to see the video of this podcast episode in order to see everything.

That’s on Kajabi and in the school community. Of note, I had originally planned to close the founding member enrollment on August 1st, But I decided to extend the founding members enrollment for podcast listeners through August 8th, mainly because the Q<unk>A call was on August 1st and this replay is not available or was not available as quickly as I had hoped.

I wanted to make sure that my diamonds, all of my diamonds, had the opportunity to listen to this before making a decision. Second, I’ve received several requests from current diamonds asking to extend the deadline so they could share this information on the founding membership with their friends. So through August 8th, you can still become a founding member of the Diamond Intimacy Collective for the enrollment fee of $355 for the entire year.

After August 8th, the investment will increase to $997 annually. And this special founding member opportunity is gonna be gone. And enrolling in the beta group of the Reignite program as a bonus for becoming a founding member for the Diamond Intimacy Collective will also be gone. I have to say that Diamonds who have joined the Diamond Intimacy Collective in the last month are super and they’re just amazing.

And these diamonds are the diamonds that are also going to be in the 12 week online reignite program, which I have not done a 12 week online program in over two years. So this opportunity is amazing. And this group of women that have chosen to join, my goodness, they’re fantastic. I would love every one of you to know each other because they’re just so a meta they’re just so incredible. So if after listening today’s mmm, gonna say it again.

If after listening to today’s episode you decide that you’d like to join us or you’d like to share this opportunity with a friend, you’ll find the enrollment link in the show notes. Simply use the coupon code FONDER355 before August 8th to lock in the founder membership investment. You get a year of the Diamond Intimacy Collective, and you also get to enroll in the Reignite program as a bonus.

Like it does not get better than this. After that, the founding membership fee and the bonus enrollment in the Reignite Intimacy Collective are also gone. So, anyway, thank you so much for being part of this amazing community. Now let’s jump into the replay of my welcome call for the Diamond Intimacy Collective and the QA information that people

Have requested to ask more questions. I hope it answers all your questions, inspires you, and helps you decide that this is the next chapter for you on your intimacy journey. If you have any further questions, feel free to email me at Sonia at SoniaWrightMD.com. And I’m more than happy to talk to you about this. All right, take care. Bye, Diamonds.

Sonia Wright (05:21)
Welcome to the Diamond Intimacy Collective welcome call and QA session call. We’re gonna be starting in a moment. Just go ahead and put in the chat where you’re calling in from. So I know where everybody’s calling in from. Let me just say I cannot be

Even more excited than I am at this moment, I have to say. we’ve been working at this for a long time and just excited to have you here and to have you all in the room. Thank you for joining me.

So let me share my slides. Just give me one moment to share and we’re gonna get started and talk, start talking about what today is all about.

Okay, what are we going to be covering today? So there’s a lot going on in the Diamond Intimacy Collective. There’s a lot going on in terms of the Diamond Intimacy Collective and what I’m gonna be talking about at the end of the session, which is also the reignite program. So I just thought it would be a good idea to get together and do

Just an introductory, welcome QA call, answer any questions people have, because we are going to be having a fabulous time for the between now and the end of the year together. And of course, if you join the Diamond Intimacy Collective, you’re actually here for a full year. So for all of you that have joined already, welcome. I’m so excited because this is like the culmination of all my work to have it in one place where I know that women are getting.

what they need in terms of their questions, answer, the community, everything. So today we’re gonna talk about how everything is organized within the DIC, the or the collective. we’re also gonna take a second to talk about the DIC and why it’s called the Diving Intimacy Collective. Let me just get that off my chest right now. So the Diving Intimacy Collective,

I love the name Diamonds. That’s what I call the women I work with. Intimacy that’s focused on intimacy, sexual intimacy, all different types of intimacy, which I think is important. And collective, a community where people can come together. I did not realize that the acronym for Diamond Intimacy Collective is Dick. Like, so I’m just gonna say it right now. I

I don’t know why I didn’t see it. And I’m owning up to it. And at the same time, I decided, you know, I’m not changing it. I just gonna own up to it at the beginning. And I do call it DIC. I am a doctor and so for us the DIC has to do with

thrombosis and things like that. It was not even as a sex coach, the DIC was not, I did not think of it as Dick. So I don’t call it Dick. I call it the Dive in Intimacy Collective or the Collective or a DIC. But at the same time, I kind of like the irony of the whole thing. And not to focus this in a heteronormative thing. This is a space for everybody.

I just kind of think that it’s funny just because that’s who I am. I get it all. And then there’s one my one thing that I may not get, and we’re gonna just be okay with that, right? So here we go. So what will we be covering today? So we’ll be covering the organization in the Diving Intimacy Collective. We’ll also be talking about where to find your lessons because

I switched everything over to Kajabi. So everything is in Kajabi in one place, except the community is in school. And so I want to make sure that people understand. Some people love the community experience, and that’s why school is there. And some people just want access to replays, access to educational material, access to like

all the bonuses and things like that, but don’t necessarily want another place to go in the school community. So this is why it’s open for everybody and they choose how they want to do the Diamond Intimacy Collective. Maybe they want to stay in Kajabi but come to the calls live. maybe they want to do the the replay of the calls. So the replay of the calls and everything is in Kajabi. The link and everything for Zoom is in Kajabi. So we’re going to be talking about Kajabi and what that is and

everybody that has signed up so far should have received an email which includes your link and how to get and make a password for Kajabi. And then also it there’s a link in Kajabi for your school community. Great. so how do I use the school community? The school community is how you can interact with me on a daily basis. Something you want to talk about, something on your mind, how you want to interact with other women in the community.

That you can do in the school community. So if you’re if you like have an idea and you just, hey, Dr. Sony, I really want to ask you about something, DM me directly in the school community. Or put it on the the school community is kind of like a Facebook community, but it’s away from Facebook because I wanted to make sure you had a place where you could ask anything about relationships and intimacy and whatever, but it was not tied to your public account on Facebook.

And so that’s why I created the Diamond Intimacy Collective in the school community, separate from Facebook. It’s and we’re gonna talk about how to join live events and live calls, what those live calls are, and then where to ask any questions. As I said, you can email me or DM me directly in school, or you can just

That’s actually the best place is to just DM me in school and I can answer your question right there. And I can also bring it anonymously to our QA sessions that happen at the beginning of each month. and then how to get the most out of your experience within the Diamond Intimacy Collective. Okay.

So this is a community. This is your community specifically. And I created this so that I would know that there is a place for you to be. So you don’t need to complete everything. This is not a race. this isn’t another course. This is a place for you to interact and to be and to be yourself and to work on whatever it is that you’re working on at your own.

This is something that’s very important to me is to create a safe community. So it’s a community, it’s a place to learn, and most of the learning is on the Kajabi site. It’s a place to grow Kajabi and school. And it’s also a place for you to reconnect, reconnect with yourself. Cause I realize that intimacy is so much about your relationship with yourself. So this is not.

how-to program or how to get on your back and fuck somebody. Like, yeah, you could ask about that. We could do that too. But so much about intimacy and sexual intimacy is about connecting with yourself first, loving yourself, being that person that’s like, wow, I give myself permission for joy, I give myself permission for pleasure, I give myself permission to connect with myself.

Or it with any partners that I want. I get to incorporate this into part of who I am. And by such, I can like do what it is that I want to do. So understand this is a place you move at your own pace. Some women will move quickly. Some women will go and go through all the information and be like, hey, what’s next? And other women will take their time and that is okay. So please understand it’s a place to reconnect with yourself.

and to grow and to learn and others are gonna move slower and that is fine too. I wouldn’t even say like slow because we tend to have a negative connotation around slow. Some people are going to do a rich, deep, enjoyable pace with the material. And that gets to be great too. So both are perfect and anything in between also works great as well. Alrighty, so let’s check out the next thing.

We want to talk about so. First, I want to talk to you about the Kajabi community. So when you get into Kajabi. So, first of all, you should have received by now, you should receive like a welcome email, quick email from Kajabi that says set up your site if you haven’t already. Some of you have been in some of my prior programs.

And so you’re good to go. But if you’re new, you’ll get an email. If you have not received an email, that’s okay. Just email me at Sonia at SoniaWright MD. Just email me. And then when you email me, I will send you the link again. I’m actually going to just take a minute and pull up one of my people that I love and adore that you will be knowing more about. This is

Coach Donna and so the reason I pulled Donna up is so that she can text all of you or put in the chat. My email is Sonia at SoniaWright D.

Or you can also email admin at SoniaWright MD. And if you have any questions, or if you don’t find your link or your password and welcome evite email from Kajabi. Okay, so let’s look at Kajabi here for a second. So what it should look like once you get into Kajabi is you will find

The Diamond Intimacy Collective. And it’ll look like this. It’ll have little modules, and each module will have a section. And the welcome to the Diamond Intimacy Collective module, it’ll have the welcome information there. It has a little quick e video from me saying, Welcome. So good to have you here. And then there’s a note from Sonia. And we’re going to talk about core values in the community. And then this is you can also find your invitation to the collective.

in terms of joining the school community if that makes sense. So within Kajabi, if you don’t get a quick link to the school community, just know that within Kajabi you can also get send something to my admin and then you will be admitted to the school community if that makes sense. Alrighty so we are in Kajabi you get an email from Kajabi. In Kajabi

There is a welcome section. And so this is the first thing that you’re going to see in Kajabi. So all of your lessons, all the videos, all the replays, any PDFs, any replay recordings, resources, book club recordings from past book clubs. everything’s lives here in Kajabi, which is so beautiful to have everything in one place. And

I found that I love the organization of Kajabi more so than school. So if you go into school, school is for your community. There are some areas in school that will have some of this information, but I basically brought it over all into one place. And I will not be putting additional replays and things like that in the school community. It will all live in the Kajabi community. So everything you need is really in the Kajabi Kajabi community.

And the school is where you can interact with other women, where you can DM other women, where you can just have conversations about intimacy and questions, and where you can connect with me. School is your connection, Kajabi is where everything is located quickly, so you can access it. Okay. Alrighty. So let’s look at the next one. So this is what Kajabi looks like. And as I was saying before.

You will find everything here that is for the Diamond Intimacy Collective. So I mentioned there’s different modules.

Okay, going back to here in Kajabi, you’ll find the welcome sequence here.

And then there’s a note from me, which welcomes you and says, Hey, how are you doing? Core concepts and values. And we’re gonna just spend a minute talking about those core concepts and values. and then also this is where you can find your invitation to the school community. That’s all in the first section under Welcome to Diamond Intimacy Collective, right? Also within the Diamond Intimacy Collective, there is the QA call that happens monthly, and there’s also

The pajama party that happens monthly. The QA call is usually on a Wednesday evening. This is where you ask me any type of question around sex, sexual intimacy, anything you want to ask me, come to the QA call live. If you can’t come live, DM me with your question. I will answer it. In the and the way it works for people that may not have come to my calls is that it’s webinar style like this. You just give me the question.

either put it in the chat or in the QA. I talk about, I answer the question. I don’t specifically say your name. If you want to be coached on the call, you’re more than welcome to come up on video and get coached. A lot of people like to get coached through the chat. So I have been doing this for years and I’m very, very good at coaching through the chat. So just feel free to put all the information and keep coaching through the chat. So that’s normally

The first or the second Wednesday of the month, but normally the first Wednesday of the month is that. Then we also have the pajama party. So the pajama party usually alternates. It’s usually the second or third Saturday of the month. Feel free to bring your pajamas. It’s your relaxation time. You can wear your sweats. You can wear whatever you want. That is a meeting style to help more with the connection within the community. And it is not recorded.

So the QA call at the beginning of the month is recorded. It’s just me talking and answering whatever questions you have. The pajama party is not recorded. The pajama party is a place where we just get together, hang, girl talk, ask any questions. If there’s something you want me to talk more about, I will talk about it in the pajama party. But I do not record. And the reason for that is I want everybody to feel comfortable to come show up.

As they are, get all their questions answered. Okay. So what we have over here, we also have the Diamond Intimacy Book Club. That is quarterly. And I’m gonna be talking about what we’re going to be reading during the during the Reagnite program. We’re gonna be reading a book called The Bedroom Clap, which has just recently come out and it’s fabulous, it’s perfect. It’s on sexual intimacy in midlife and menopause. Like

Could you ask for a better thing to come out at this time? so our book club, if you look over here at the book club, these are different book clubs that I have done within the Diamond Intimacy Collective. The recordings are all in here. So you can, if you decide you want to look at a book or read a book, you can find Becoming Cliterate, which is one of my favorite books, and I always have it here with me. we had a book club on this, and when I say we, me and Donna, we’re like,

We always do our book clubs together and they’re fabulous and they’re so much fun. So past book clubs will the recording will be in the Diamond Intimacy Collective. We just finished a two-part book club and I kind of like this. Donna, you tell me if you like this, but I was experimenting to see if doing half of a book might be less intensive for people. Cause like sho like in a month or so just showing up and doing a full book.

so what I did, I broke it up into two halves of the book, the first for one month and then the second half of the second month. And so that worked well for some people as well. What do you think about that, Donna? I like that. Can you hear me? Make sure you’re you got me? Okay, super. I liked that because the books we read are not, you know, a story about a plot. Yeah.

Like a lot of book clubs are, and then how did you enjoy that? And what was interesting. These are these are books about topics and often tools and strategies that you’re changing how you see things, changing how you do things, experimenting and figuring, hey, what I never thought about it like that before. And it gives some time to digest it and apply it instead of race through it.

I I enjoyed that. I thought that was helpful and allows perhaps the pressure to come off of, I need to read this to get it read. Yeah. We want to read it to it integrate it, right? I love that. Reading it to integrate it. And yes, so I think that that’s something that’s important. And I also want people to know and understand, even if you have not read the book, come to the book club. It’s another way to connect. Even if you and and also when you come to the meetings.

Come in whatever way you want to. If you come to a pajama party and you’re not ready to interact with everybody, I’m okay with your camera being off. Like, I want this to be the most supportive community and you show up in the way that works for you. We have, can I just say, we have the best group of women in the Diamond Intimacy Collective. We, I like, can I be more excited?

To see the names that are popping up and the people that are coming in for the Diamond Intimacy Collective. Like, I I like some new people I have not met before, some people that I have coached in the past, some people that have been in my programs in the past. Like I see each name and it makes me cry because it’s just making such a rich, wonderful community of people supporting each other. So if you’re on this call and you’ve already joined.

Welcome and I’m super excited that you’re in the Diamond Intimacy Collective. If you know of a woman, send her the link, send her the email that I sent out this morning and have her join because today is the last day to join for the founding member price. And I’ll I’ll talk about that a little bit later too. But can I just say how excited I am for the women that are in this group? It’s fabulous and it’s gonna be so much fun. Okay, so

As I was saying, we have the QA calls monthly at the usually the first Wednesday of the month. And then we also have the book club, that’s normally the last Sunday of the month. And then the we had the pajama party. That kind of shifts around a little bit. And the reason for that is sometimes if we have the first Wednesday of the month is the QA call. If it’s on the first, that’s great. But sometimes it ends up being on the seventh, which is kind of the second.

The second week of the month. And so if we meet on a Wednesday and then we meet on that Saturday, that’s kind of a lot for everybody. So I try to alternate the QA call with the pajama party, if that makes sense. So that’s why the pajama party kind of shifts around a little bit. so that’s why, and I will be getting out this full schedule by the end of the week as as I’m able to see, okay, when’s the first Wednesday of the month? Okay, so do we need to make this the second or the third?

but the pajama party is usually about one o’clock central time. Everything’s central time because I live out of Minnesota, if that makes sense. So yeah, and please feel free to put any questions in the QA. Let me see. flood schedule or full. So somebody’s asking, yes, the bedroom gap by Dr. Maria Cephocles. That’s correct. Yes, that is the book. and when is that book club?

that is Sunday, Sunday afternoon. We usually had that on Sunday afternoon as well. So that one is usually a little later in the day on Sunday to give people, and it’s the last Sunday of the month. So the QA session, the first Wednesday of the month, that always stays the same. The book club is the last Sunday of the month, and that always stays the same, if that makes sense. but generally it works out pretty well. All righty.

Sometimes we have to shift that a little bit. If that first Wednesday of the month can sometimes like make it such that you’re seeing me all day long every day. And you’re like, I love Dr. Sodia, but not that much, right? but we will have the whole schedule out f till the end of the year because what’s happening is because we have such a great group of women and it’s already a cohesive like community, while we’re doing the reignite program, which I’ll talk more about, that is going to be

At the Diamond Intimacy Collective is going to be closed after we do the the launch for the Reignite program. So right now we are doing enrollment for the Diamond Intimacy Collective, the founding members, right? And then they can people can join either as a founding member up until today, or they can also join the Diamond Intimacy Collective while we are opening enrollment for the Reignite program.

But then starting in September, the end of September, it’s closing down through December. And that’s intentional because I would like this community to be able to really go in depth as we do the Reg Night program. And I don’t want some people in the Dive and Intimacy Collective, but not in the Regnite program, because that can be a little confusing for people. So then the Diamond Intimacy Collective.

If you’re just doing the Diamond Intimacy Collective and not the Reignite, but everybody that’s a founding member and that’s in the Diamond Intimacy Collective, yes, that I will t explain that a little bit more. So thank you for the question. So the Diamond Intimacy Collective, right now, as a founding member, you are getting a year in the Diamond Intimacy Collective. I am doing a beta group, which is means that I am creating a group called for a program called the Reignite Program.

The Regnite program in the future will be completely separate from the Diamond Intimacy Collective. But right now, as a founding member, you get the opportunity to do your year at the Diamond Intimacy Collective and be part of the founding original or beta group for the Regnite program. The Regnite program, that program is a 12-week live course. I have not done a 12-week live course.

since 2023, 2024. Own your sexuality now, which is one of my signature programs, used to be a 12-week course, and then I switched it to a weekend intensive because it has a different type of field doing that work over a two-day period of time. The reignite program is actually going to be a 12-week program where the people in the DIC in the collective will all be accessing that program.

So that’s the difference. And like Donna and I will be doing the read night program together. And so it just doesn’t get better than having both of us. So you all who may not know Donna will know Donna by the end of our time together. And you will just be blown away by her coaching. She will be doing the life coaching aspect of things, and we will be running the read night program together, which is gonna be fabulous. Okay.

So let me see if there’s anything else. Up so the QA calls, any QA call. if you look on this section, it says QA call, it will have the link for the QA call. Once again, we’re in the world of Kajabi. And you can find the Zoom link to the QA calls. You will also find the recordings for the QA call. And I’ve been doing this long enough that my hair in February.

was long and then I cut it in March. So it’s kind of like you get to see what my hair used to look like. All different faces of Dr. Sonia. She’s always changing it up. sometimes I’ll have braids in, sometimes I yeah well, I’ll I have my natural beautiful curly hair right now and I’ll grow that out as well. But yes, so just know that within Kajabi you will find the recordings for the book club and the QA call.

I do not record the pajama party. And that is intentional because I want that space to be sacred where people can come and talk about everything and not have to worry that this is recorded and it is showing up anywhere else. I hope that makes sense to people and I hope people are okay with that. All right.

So live calls, as I mentioned before, these live cards are so fun. There’s a pajama party. Wear your sweats, wear your pajamas, do whatever you like. If you have little babies that need to be in the call, that’s fine. Like I want women to show up whatever way they need to show up. I am not going to be the type. But understand we will be talking about intimacy.

We will be talking about sex. We will be talking about everything. So do keep that in mind, you know. But we are women, we are mothers, we are like, well, however you need to show up, just show up, you know, and let’s do this connection. And then also we do have the recordings for the monthly coaching calls. And once you go into Kajabi, you will say, see that we already have six months, I think about six months of coaching calls in Kajabi as well.

Okay, so this is kind of what you’re gonna see. So your membership, what does it include? your monthly coaching call, pajama parties, book clubs, and then we’re going to be phasing in special guest experts. This is where I want to hear from you. I want to know what it is that you want to learn, what you want to you know, hear about what you want to learn, what answers you need.

Pajama party. Do we see who else is on the call? Yes. It is the meeting style. So the way I have this set up is that we have we have the pajama party that’s meeting style, which means that we see faces and we have the QA. Some people feel more comfortable sitting back with the QA, so come to the QA call. You can also come to the other call and you can have your camera on or you have your camera off.

whatever works for you. So but that is more the meeting style. And what generally happens is people that are kind of shy may start with their camera off. And then they realize, this is a safe place where we get to be whoever we are and we get to show up the way we show up. And then they generally put their camera on. Maybe not that session, maybe the next one, but as they make more connections in the community, then they’re like, yeah.

And we have such a good time in the pajama party. I can’t that to me is the the quintessential, like 24 karat gold part of the Diamond Intity Collective. Is I love showing up for the the pajama party call. We just get there, we laugh, we joke, we talk about everything. We have women all different ages, all different life experiences. We’re just talking about what is happening in our lives, what it’s like to be women.

what is going on with our relationships, what’s going on with our work, what’s going on with just we get to show up and just talk about whatever it is that we want to talk about. And I just I can’t even tell you how good it is. Like yes I can guide the pajama party but I let the pajama party flow and be whatever it needs to be. yeah you get to just be real with the pajama party. And I think that we need a place where we just get to show up.

And just be real and just just talk about what’s going on with us. Like, my goodness, my job is really stressful at this point in time. my goodness, my partners drive me crazy. my goodness, I’m like single and I don’t want to be anything else but single. But how do I do intimacy thing? Like all the questions that you might have, like about life and and anything, you just bring it to that call and we talk about things and it’s so good.

So these are all the things. So we will be phasing in special guest experts. This is where you get to make this yours in terms of tell us what you want. Tell us who you want to hear from. We’ll work on getting that type of specialist and think people that I’m thinking about pelvic floor physical therapy. I think that is so important. I think that it should be a requirement that every woman go to pelvic floor physical therapy. experts around perimenopause and menopause.

Definitely the hormones, the the medication, like all that stuff, we need to be talking about that, whether or not you’re sexually active. Because when we’re talking about general urinary syndrome of menopause, that is something that impacts us in terms of infections and things like that, right? So we need to know and understand our vulva. And there’s a lot, not too much information has been and things are shifting and changing, but we need to have those conversations. So

Expert witnesses, expert witnesses. So experts on these different things. I have so many different connections that we can have. If somebody wants to know more about kink, we could have somebody come in and talk about kink. Like whatever it is that you’re interested in, we can talk about it. And we can have somebody come in and talk to us about it. Sexual intimacy and religion, your concepts about that, how you want to think about that. Yeah, we can talk about that too. So

Let me know what type what topic you would like an expert to come and talk up to us. So we will be adding that in as well. Let’s see what else.

We just I I love the Diamond Intimacy Collective. I’m loving what it’s becoming. And this gets to be a movement. So invite your friends, invite other people to join the Diamond Intimacy Collective. Cause I’m on a mission to help women, you know, get comfortable with their sexuality. And more importantly, like how you show up in the bedroom is how you show up in the rest of your life. So it it reflects, it’s not just about sex and intimacy, it’s about are you creating

This most spectacular life for yourself at this point. And you get to like recreate your life. Like I need you to understand that you don’t get to a certain age and it’s all the same from that point on. It shouldn’t be. If it is, I don’t know if you’re like attaining your goals. This is not from a place of judgment or anything like that. But who I was at 40, and I’m just about to hit 60, who I am at 60, it’s just like worlds different.

If I stopped growing and learning and being and becoming at forty, my life would not be so rich as it is at sixty. Donna, what do you think about that? Are what if you like stayed the same from the person you were at forty versus now?

I I w I would wear a smaller pant size, that’s for sure. But other than that which and the reality is I I love my body now. I have no regrets about not having the same pair of you know, same size. The which I think is kind of the answer to the question. Like there’s so much wisdom and experience and it’s such a gift to embrace the now.

rather than live in the should. because if I’m thinking I should still be as I was at 40 or at twenty, then I am I am resisting what is. But that doesn’t stop what is from being. Yes. Right? And so there’s there’s so many gifts that have come.

in the last 20 years. that I’m I’m ex I love having done this work. and we were at the same table to start this work together. that has been such a gift for my life to be able to navigate the seasons and embrace it and love it and be present. so and and rock now. And rock now.

we have another question. Is intimacy in the setting of marital conflict covered anywhere in the program? We can add that in. Like this is the part that I love about, in fact, in the reignite program, we’re gonna talk a little bit more about the reignite program. We definitely can add that in, but it I wouldn’t even wait for the reignite program. That those are questions to bring to the Q<unk>A, which is the first Wednesday of the month, right? So yes, because I want this program to be and address issues where you are at.

I’m not gonna like just some people are in great relationships, some people are not specifically in great relationships. If you’re having marital conflicts, then we just we talk about consent. Like that’s something becomes something that’s important. Do you want to engage in sexual intimacy with a person that you’re in marital conflict with? And the answer gets to be yes or no. You might hate their guts, but they’re sexy as fuck, and you wanna have some fun. Have some fun.

But also recognize what boundaries do you need to set up in that situation? Would you like your relationship to improve in what ways? Sometimes we can help, like sometimes our partner wants to come and meet us halfway. Sometimes our partner doesn’t. So when we’re looking at marital conflict, part of the work is looking at the relationship that you’re currently in and what would you like to do? How would you like that relationship to be, even if it’s just one person working on it?

We cannot come from a perspective where we expect the other person to change or shift who they are. It is like in the setting of this relationship, like, how do I want to show up? How would I like this to be? Who do I want to be? What do I want my intimacy to be? Check and see if you can talk to that person about it and have conversations. Obviously, not from a place of either of you pointing the finger.

By saying, like, I’d like to work together as a team and do communication. And of course, I don’t want to answer all of it now, but that’s a very good question. And let’s work at that in the Diamond Intimacy Collective. Even if somebody else is not having marital conflicts, marital conflicts is a lot about communication and how to be in a relationship with another person, right? And also in terms of experts on the subject, Dr. Kimmery Newsome.

Is a marriage and family therapist for the last 25 years. She actually runs a marriage and family therapy program. She also happens to be my partner for full disclosure. but she can come in and talk to us about relationships because yeah, she knows how to to work on relationships and stuff like that. So that might be a person that we have come in for expert talking about relationships and how to deal with that. But I’m gonna just say if you have marital conflict.

part of this is consent. Make sure it’s something that you’re interested in doing and want to do. And then who do you want to be in that relationship and outside of that relationship, just in terms of who you want to be in your life? We will talk more about that. Excellent question. Thank you. Okay, let’s get back to what’s going on in the DIC and what is happening. So that’s what your membership includes in the DIC. To be very clear, the membership in the DIC right now it’s a yearly membership.

Starting next year, probably some people might have the option to do it monthly. I’m gonna tell you the DIC membership for founding members right now is $355. when it opens up again, it will be $997 because I’ve drastically underpriced the value, the price versus the value. And that was because

some of you know that I stopped doing my coaching for a number of years because I adopted a teenager that was in a crisis into my home. And I really wanted to focus on her and making sure that she got everything she needed. I’m happy to report she’s about to head off to college now. Yay! And that’s amazing. And so things are shifting at this point in time. But because you were all there during that time where I had to stop and take care of my family and what was needed to like.

I want to be there to thank you for that. Because there used to be a different rendition, which was called the Lit Click Club. I don’t know if some of you are there for the Lit Click Club, but that is the forefonder of the Diamond Intimacy Collective. But I actually had to stop that because I had a lot going on and I realized I would not be able to show up in community the way I wanted to. That being the case.

I’m fully ready to go. My baby girl is fabulous, heading out to college. She is worth every minute that I spent working with her. she is such a blessing in my life. And I wanted to give that thank you, that blessing to all of you that were there with me when I had to take some time off. And so the founding member price is 355, and that’s my way to thank you. But the value that you get in the Diamond Intimacy Collective is well above.

It’s actually well above the thousand dollar price as well. But for me, this is kind of I wanna make sure that there’s something available for everybody. So starting in the next year, it will come in at nine ninety-seven. but anybody that’s in the Diamond Intimacy Collective, at this point, you’re starting in July and your membership continues through next July and then you can renew that that I should say you can renew at the founding rate of three fifty-five. So that is locked in for you forever because this is

Definitely gonna 997. And then it’ll probably be as we expand it even more. It’s probably gonna go up from there. So you all need to pat yourself on the back for making that decision to become part of the Diamond Intimacy Collective right now as a founding member. So good. All righty.

So let me just

Get to the next point here. okay, so just so that we can understand this, Kajabi teaches you, it’s where we house everything. School connects you. So school is a community and Kajabi is the place that teaches you. Okay. this is a little picture of the Diamond Intimacy Collective, and you’ll see that I’m like, hello.

This is my this is a pinned post. and when you go into it, you will see that I give you a quick hello and you can look at that. There’s a video that you can click on as well. We are having a okay. So the funny thing is, I called it Sonia’s Success Club because I just can’t help it. So the Diamond Intimacy Collective at one point in time was called the Success Club. Dr. Sonia’s Success Club with S E X S.

And I thought it was a fun play on words, but try to get any advertising out there on social media when you have the word sex in it, right? So that’s one of the reasons I also changed it to the Diamond Intimacy Collective. But if you’re in school, it’ll say the QA. And I kind of love the Sonia Success Club. So that’s why it sits there. But that it’ll tell you how many days to the next QA. So the calendar is is updated in the school community.

And it’ll tell you what next event is coming on here. Okay. So the school community is where the community lives and it’s S K-O-O-L. and I send out invites to make people sure people have invites. If you’re in Kajabi, there’s also an invite section there where you can click on the link and then request to become a member. And I will bring you in at the premium membership level, which allows you to have access to the Q<unk>A calls and everything like that.

Okay, so yeah, so this is what it looks kind of looks like on school and let’s see. I thought I was the only one. You’re definitely not the only one. And I love this, like I have people join and then they like they’re like, my goodness, things have changed within a week because they had the community. So

That is also school is the quickest way to connect with me. I wanted to make something where if somebody needs to talk to me about something, boom, they can just go and DM me. So this is more about what this commute school community actually looks like. So if we’re looking at the community up at the top.

You’ll see the community, and that looks more like Facebook. so you’ll see the welcome to the Diamond Intimacy Collective, and you’ll see all the different comments that are in there. you could click on the classroom. The classroom originally I had everything here in school. Some people liked it there, but a lot of people were used to to Kajabi. So you’ll see that if you click on the classroom, it will have some basic information.

But Kajabi now has all the information. So there are a few recordings, replays in here. All the recordings and replays are in Kajabi. I made school basically the community, and Kajabi is the teaching area. The calendar will be here. So quick, you can either go, you can find the calendar here, and that’s the easiest place.

You can check in with other members here by clicking here and you can direct message other members. There’s this leaderboard because everything gets gamified now. I love how the fact that I am like the top person in my own group. It should be that way. Like I should be the top person leaving comments and things like that, right? and then about it just talks to you a little bit about what the school community is. And if you go into the classroom, you’ll see welcome to the collective core values and concepts.

And then the near new diamond intimacy, that’s like a freebie that’s in there that you can look at as well. Okay, making sure if there’s any other questions, go ahead and put it in the Q<unk>A. and Donna, you tell me if there’s anything else in the chat. yeah. So when you first arrive, feel free in the community to introduce yourself and to create your own post. As I said, this works just like Facebook. It’s pretty self-explanatory. Just create your posts and just say, hey, I’m happy to be here.

yeah, so we’re we are officially, officially, officially, officially, officially up and running, but we’ve been going as a beta basically for the last six months, if that makes sense. All righty.

Okay, so for the community guidelines, just to make sure we understand for school, be kind. Like this one goes without saying, and I actually don’t worry too much because my diamonds are very kind, giving, loving people. I don’t have any assholes in my community, you know.

which I really appreciate, right? so that says a lot about my community. It says a lot about the women, it says a lot about the work that I do. So be respectful. I definitely work on protecting confidentiality, you know. Obviously it’s not absolute or anything like that, but what’s in the community, let it stay in the community. Okay. assume positive intent where people are not out.

To harm anybody, but that being the case, if there’s something that upsets you, bring it to my attention so that we’re aware. support each other’s growth. That’s something that’s important. Everybody’s journey looks different. Some people would be like, I’m not sure if I’d be in that relationship. That’s okay. The relationship works for their partner or works for them, right? And that’s okay. It works for that diamond. Somebody might be like, I don’t know if I’m into anal sex or into kink. That’s okay. You don’t have to be.

Nobody’s is saying you have to do anything and it’s like don’t yuck somebody else’s yum is kind of the saying. you just get to be like, somebody likes to do that. Fine. like it it’s okay that we have our own type of thing and we get to support where everybody’s at. Somebody else might be like, I don’t really know what oral sex is, and I don’t really know if I want to engage in it. That’s fine. Somebody might be like, I do oral sex every day of the week, and it’s great.

And both of you get to have a place in this community. Does that make sense? Everybody’s journey looks different, and that’s fine. You don’t have to compare yourself, somebody else. This is frequency, is one of those things that people like to put in the frequency of sexual intimacy. So somebody has sex twice a month, somebody has sex twice an hour, you know? And but they may be still having issues and concerns, right? And sometimes people are like, I’m having it twice a month, and that’s not good.

We don’t need to create problems. If you’re happy with twice a month and your partner’s happy with twice a month, there is not a problem here, right? And so we don’t have to make, we don’t compare with anybody else and decide we’re not good enough or we’re not doing what they’re doing. We’re here to support everybody in whatever way they show up and what they need. So no judgment, a lot of compassion. Okay. All righty. Let’s see. So you can turn on your notifications.

If you go into notifications, you should be able to see that. I have my notifications turned on. I’ve got all sorts of things turned on because this is my community, right? And I do that so that everybody it yours is not gonna look exactly like mine looks, but you can get event reminders and things like that. So go check out your community for your notifications and things like that. Okay, I’m just gonna take a minute to talk about the reignite program.

And just what’s happening overall, just in case you want to check in with somebody else, or if somebody is thinking about joining the program. So have this map, right? What is this about? And hopefully this will be bringing up more clarification. So the Diamond Intimacy Collective, it is your community. It’s your ongoing home for support, growth, and connection. And it has a component in the school community and it has a Kajabi. We had the monthly.

Calls, we had the QA calls, we had the pajama parties, we had the book club, guest experts, and the community and any guest experts that we need, right? This you’re in for a year, you can renew after a year and you can stay in it as long as you like. Donna and I will be running a program called Reignite, and we’ll talk more about Reignite, but basically it’s a beta program. It starts September 20th through December 6th.

Orientation is September 20th. I’m opening enrollment in the month of August and and into actually we are creating the program in the month of August and opening up enrollment more so in the month of September, kind of somewhere between the end of August and into September. But the Reagnite program is a 12-week program. It is weekly meeting on Sunday evenings with Donna and I, and we’ll talk a little bit more about that. but it is your 12, it’s like 90 days.

It’s like your jump start that you can have within the Diamond Intimacy Collective. and then you can continue in the collective e for as long as you like. Like stay here. This is your home, right? So as a founding member, you lock in this 355 price a year. And then you can choose other programs or actually even individual coaching. There’ll be some availability for that.

As after we get the Reignite program up and running, then there’ll be individual coaching if you want to coach with Donna or myself and things like that. And there’s other group coachings that will be available. But the baseline is the Diamond Intimacy Collective, and you get access to the Reignite program. You get to be a founding member and you help shape the future of Reignite, which I think is so important. So many people create programs and go ta-da and give it to you. I am all about what do you want?

What issue do you want? Like I’m just hearing that we need to make sure that there’s a relationship component, which there is in Reignite. it’s under the communication and things like that. but this is the information and the feedback that we want. And so this becomes very important. So after August 1st, that membership is changing to 997 a year and the founding member enrollment enclosed closes, and then reignite is going to be offered as a completely separate program. So right now.

You’re gonna get the Diamond Intimacy Collective for a year and you also get the 12 Whip Reunite program, which is just fabulous. So if you needed to know what that was all about, then go right ahead. let’s see. there the if you know of anybody that’s interested, there’s the founding member code founder355.

Okay. so how to get the biggest transformation. Engage, ask whatever questions you need to ask, attend the coaching calls, celebrate your wins, practice in whatever way practice looks for you, and allow yourself to like be seen. Allow yourself to show up for you. This is not really about anybody else, it is in terms of community and support.

But like be there for yourself. You get to do this for yourself. Okay. it does look like there’s another question that says, what about people who are afraid and struggle with even the word sex? Is there a beginning program? I love that question. So sometimes I use intimacy instead of the word sex. there’s always the thing that’s really interesting is that reignite, the first thing we do is we release shame.

So the first thing that we’re going to be focusing on in the reignite program is releasing shame. So what you’re asking about in terms of being really kind of sensitive about that, in the word sex, is that is why I’m creating the reignite program. It is a foundation course for anybody that’s dealing with issues. And so, not issues. I don’t want to make it sound like issues, like they’re battering things like that. But I’m also gonna do

something about your BFF and our relationship with our BFF. Our BFF is our our vulva here. The way we have been trained as women is we have been separated from our BFF. Like, you know, boys, guys, like from day one, and I don’t know if any of you are parents of boys, like they have a fabulous relationship with their penis. Like it is their best friend.

And they want to show you what it looks like, how it works, how they can pee from it. Like they want to show you everything about it. Like they’re like, Mommy, mommy, look at this thing. It’s the best thing. That’s not how we’ve been raising our daughters. We haven’t been like when they say, Mommy, mommy, I touch here and it feels good. We’re like, God. Like we we start, like our babies look at our reactions and we’re like, And then we say, Don’t touch that. And and so intimacy, sex.

Pleasure gets tied to shame really early for girls, which it’s not tied with boys. We might be like, okay, that’s your private part. just say hi to that in the bedroom, right? And that’s what I say to my daughters like when they were little, I’m like, hey, yeah, that’s great. And that’s your private part that gets to go in the bedroom, not like not running around outside showing everybody that you’re touching it. But really trying to separate concepts around shame with pleasure and

joy and sexual intimacy and knowing about our vulva. So really part of what we’re going to do is get to know our BFF, get to know our Vulva. Here’s my Volva puppet. And and come from a like just to redo that work. So it so that you come from a place where it’s not shame.

Now I have to say, this is a program for women. and the main or people that identify as women, and the main reason for that is to make sure that it is a safe community for women to discuss issues. now you’re you’re more than welcome to.

Join as a woman and discuss the issues with your male partner and stuff like that. But this is a community for women so that it’s a safe place for them so that they can get their needs met. Okay, let me see what else. Okay, so what do you get to do? Log into Kajabi. That’s your next step. Log into Kajabi if you’ve already joined and explore. If you’ve not joined,

introduce yourself in the school community, sign up for the school community and introduce yourself, and then put the live events on your calendar and we’re gonna go. We’re gonna have such a great time. And let’s see what else is happening here. Okay, any more questions that you have, and then

we’re I’m gonna stop sharing this and we’re gonna talk about reignite for a few minutes and then we will be done with this call. we’re in good time.

I’m just gonna talk with Donna about the Rig Night program. and feel free to send this to any of your friends because

Yeah, we’re just gonna have fabulous. We’re gonna just have a fabulous time with all of this. And let me just say the people in the reignite program are just in the Diamond Intimacy Collective and who will be in the 12 week reignite program are just fabulous people. We are so lucky to have them.

Okay. So I just wanted to talk about the Reagnite program. And it’s gonna be a 12 week program. And I’m actually just finished writing a short ebook. and it’s so it’s gonna be based on the ebook. And so the read nights each letter stands for something. So I’m gonna just mention that and then we’re gonna talk about why we decided we wanna do this program. So the R for Reagnite is release shape, because I think that that’s something.

Needs to be the basis. We need to give ourselves permission. So that’s the first thing. Educate yourself because we need to talk about, you know, what does our vulva look like? What does pleasure look like for us? What for a lot of people that are dealing with perimenopause, menopause, or not, like all different phases of life, hormones play a part in that. So there’s education that needs to come in there about hormones, about desire, about pleasure, about midlife, about

How your brain works. Your brain is one of your biggest sexual organs, and we don’t spend enough time looking about that. So educate yourself. Invest in yourself is like prioritize yourself. Prioritize your pleasure. Like invest in you. This is one of the most important things. Create time for your intimacy. Those are important. The G in reignite is get curious. Everything comes from a place of curiosity. If you can get curious about things, you don’t tend to judge things.

You don’t tend to be like, my goodness, sex is so bad and I can’t do that. You come from a place of, hmm. What are my thoughts about sexual intimacy? I wonder why that makes me feel this way. What would I like to do? So what do I enjoy? What do I want? So get curious. And is nurture desire. We each have desire and it shows up a different way. Some people have a more spontaneous desire and some people have more of a responsive type of desire.

Where it feels like it’s not there, or you’re starting from a neutral or a zero point. So that being the case, we need to nurture our desire, however it shows up. We need to learn how to be able to tap into it, if that makes sense. And then I is to be like to intentionally connect. And so this is about the relationship. You don’t have to be partnered in order to be and reignite in the diamond intimacy collective. Right.

but if you are partnered or choose to be partnered, a connection with yourself is the most important thing, and then connecting with another human being. And so relationship becomes a part of this too. trusting the process, and that’s the T and reignite. And so often we don’t we think it should be really fast. Like everything that we get in this world says, like, how do we do things in two seconds flat? And so we understand that it’s gonna take a minute and that gets to be okay.

And then the E is expand pleasure. So and and that leaves room for other things because it’s a 12 week program, but that’s like eight, eight sessions, if that makes sense. So that being the case, that’s kind of the reignite. And the reason I asked Donna to come and help me with this is because Donna, you don’t know Donna, maybe you don’t, but you will. She is one of

coaches out there. She’s funnier than hell. Us together it just is like one of those things where we just vibe, right? And and I wanna make sure that there’s an a a component for life coaching at some point in time. Donna’s one of the best life coaches that I know. She has can you like say all your training when it comes to life coaching? Well

so yeah, you know, certified through the Life Coach School, which is where Dr. Sonia and I met. and then I also went on to get certified as an NLP coach and practitioner that also included, we call it that timeline therapy as part of that, and then hypnosis. and then I do some some trauma stuff as well. so

and you know, I just whenever there’s something I find I I find fascinating that I think will help my clients, I know it helps me, then I want to, you know, learn that tool and incorporate it and offer it. So I’m always discovering more. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So good. I mean, you’re just fabulous. You you’re just amazing. And so we are lucky to have you in the the Diamond Intimacy Collective.

And also another question we have is when does it start after joining? It starts now. So you can access everything in Kajabi right now. And the Q<unk>A call for the Diamond Intimacy Collective

is going to be the 12th of August.

And they then we will go from there. So the actual live coaching call, the first QA call will be on the twelfth of August, which is so good. Okay. so that is and so joining joining starts now. So if you don’t have your link to join Kajabi, email me at Sony at SonyaRightmd and the dot com. And I will make sure that you have that link so you can

log into the Kajabi and start looking and see what we have already there for recordings and things like that. Do we start viewing modules before the call? No, you don’t have to start viewing modules before the call. I want this to be as relaxing as possible for you. We start the reignite program September 20th. So that will be a 12-week program going from September 20th through December 6th. And so I will type that in the chat.

The orientation call is is gonna be on September 20th. So let me just type this in here. September 20th to December 6th. And that is that is the weekly coaching call for Read Knight, for the Read Knight program. So that will have modules and everything like that. As I said, it this is a beta program.

And so that being the case, it’s not all written right now. And that’s the beauty of it because I didn’t want it to be written right now. I don’t want to come in assuming that I know everything that women need to learn about. so part of what’s going to be happening in the month of August is we are going to be creating the program and I’m going to be asking questions of people in the Diamond Intimacy Collective. What do you want me to address? Where do you want me to address that? What are questions that you need to like?

It’s so great that we got a question about shame because or about, you know, I can’t, it’s hard for me even to talk about sex. Yeah, that comes from a place of shame and embarrassment, which are kind of tied together, right? so we need to kind of look at that. And so probably one of my first calls that I’m gonna do is around our BFF and what has happened, such that we’re separated from our vulva and we have been labeled with all these.

Different things that create shame in our lives because it doesn’t necessarily need to be that way. So thank you for that information. Do we start viewing modules before the call? no, you don’t have to view modules before the call. You can do whatever you want. First of all, remember you have a year’s access to this and then you can join again from the founding member price. So if you’re the person that likes to show up live and you don’t want to read anything, don’t come and show up on the ask your questions. Let’s do this.

If you’re a person that likes to get in there and know everything first, yeah, jump in there and look at the different QA calls that have come before. There, there’s a usually I’ll start a QA call with a certain certain topic and then I’ll answer whatever questions are there. but yes, go ahead and read that. If you want to look at the book club, go ahead and look at that. There’s nothing on the pajama party because I don’t record it. so that’s kind of how this is gonna go. Yes, Donna.

I wanted to add to that. You’ve touched on kind of some different approaches to that, but this you’ll find I have this is not a performative experience. So I can appreciate, I know when I’ve been in college and my master’s and training and all of that. Like, okay, I want to get ahead because I know there’s a ton of information coming at me and I want to start getting immersed and connected.

but some of that was out of fear, because I needed to know it all. This really we want to invite you to breathe. If it is from a place of curiosity, then go be curious, have a great time. But if it’s if you’re if you can sense in your soul that that you’re tapping into this drive, this this almost a push or a some stress, and we’re tied back to performative and doing it right.

I invite you to exhale and recalibrate that. This is not about doing it right. No, we’re creating intimacy for you for the next 30 years or more. Like it doesn’t have to be done in an hour. That’s what’s kind of gotten people into the issues and problems that they have is like, I gotta do this, I gotta do this quickly. I have to just like, you know, do to do list kind of sex and not focusing on me. I’m just gonna get it out of the way as fast as I can. Yeah.

So no, we’re not doing any of that anymore. We’re not. We’re we’re gonna relax. We’re gonna like this needs to be a safe space for you. And for you to come and whatever place you are around sex and sexual intimacy and your life and who you want to be. Like I feel like I’m just getting started at 60. I honestly think like I am just getting started.

It helps that my partner is 15 years younger than me, that I have to keep doing this work, right? I might want to be like, and and like for those of you that don’t know, yes, I’m a sex coach. I also have low libido. So I work at this. Like, I’m not just showing up like, hey, I have sex every hour of every day. Let’s do this, bam, bam, bam. Sex is easy. No, I have to do this work too. And that’s what you want. A coach that has to do the work. You don’t want somebody that’s like, sex is easy, don’t worry about a damn thing, right? I grew up in an environment where

My mother never talked about sex, never even talked about my period. I got my period. This kind of tells you what environment I grew up in. I got my period. I looked in my undies. I saw blood. I thought, I’m not dead yet, so I better go to school. I just threw up my undie in the trash and got a new one and went to school bleeding and not really like because it was so shut down. Nobody was talking about sex or anything like that. Nobody talked about any of it, right?

and so I don’t want that to be what this is about. This needs to be a place where you get to be you in whatever way and you get to show up and you don’t have to deal with that. Whatever, wherever your background is, let’s work on that. You know, like you thoughts and ideas and things around sex and sexual intimacy were planted at some point in your life. But this is your garden and you get to decide.

so I wanted to just talk to Donna for a second in terms of just check in with her like why we decided to do this work together. I think you all know that I adore Donna and I think that she is one of the best life coaches out there. I am a fabulous sex coach and intimacy coach. Yes, you are. that being the case, yeah, like two minds coming together to create something for you. Yeah.

I not a from some of the stuff we’ve already talked about, not a day, not a week goes by where I don’t have patients that come in and I’m I’m educating women on their bodies and why they may be developing UTIs and hormone and and time after time that is just new information. Yeah. And

I I feel like reignite and the DIC are the place to have the conversations about this topic around sex and our bodies and all of that that we never got to have as girls becoming women and then a lot of just assumptions have evolved.

And now we there here is a place to like actually explore maybe a lot of things that have been just taken for granted or assumed that you get to decide, wait, do I want it to be like that? What do I want it to be like? And as you said, redefine it and getting to be a part of that. I find this incredibly liberating for individuals, a whole other area.

where you get to step into your own, right? We’re used to that being maybe a a about how we do things in a in the career field or things like that or exerting yourself like maybe how you dress or how you do your hair but this area of life so often just kind of it is put on autopilot and

Now we get to examine it together. And it’s such a gift to get to do that with women and and to have done it myself and then to to share in that. Exactly. Exactly. There’s another question. Would our name reflect publicly in any way in Kajabi? No, it does not. it does reflect in the school community, only among the members of the school community, it does reflect there. That’s why I separated the community, school community from Kajabi, because there’s some people.

That want all the information, but they don’t necessarily want their name in any way associated with. In Kajabi, it does not get out, it’s not public in any way. So you can sign, you can if you purchase, the purchase goes through Kajabi. It does not go through school. That’s an added on thing that you can sign up for, and or you can choose not to sign up for the school community if you’d like to. So

Kajabi is all anonymous, completely. Like, so that part of things. and some people need to feel more comfortable for a while and then they kind of make a decision on that. let’s see, there might be some other questions. Just want to make sure I didn’t miss any other question here.

Okay, I think I got all the questions. I don’t want to take up too much time. yes, come and join us. If you have anybody that you would like to also send the link to that’s in the email, yeah, have them join us as well because this is this is your place, your community. And if you know somebody that needs this help, this is open to everybody. Like everyone, yeah. And like we are gonna be talking about some topics that are midlife.

but if you’re younger than midlife, we talk about everybody. I coach people age 18 to 80 something in all actual. Yeah, right. How fun with that? Yeah, like you know, you do have to be over 18 because I don’t want any parent coming after me saying, Hey, you’re talking to my daughter, I’m age 18 about something. So you do need to be over 18. But yes, yes. Dr. Sonya, I just wanted to mention also because for those of you who are sharing the link with friends.

You may have conversations about cost or objections or whatever, which we’ve already addressed how like amazing the the rate is. but when you click, you’ll notice when you click on the link and you can tell your friends this. I just want to empower you to tell your friends this. as they scroll down, they’ll see multiple ways offered through Kajabi to pay. So

There are ways within Kajabi to break it down into payments even better if anybody is saying, hey, you know, for whatever reason, like right now’s a bad time, right? But this is a moment for a significant discount. because of coming in as a founding member, then there’s a way they can make it affordable, make it incredibly affordable. so click on that. As they click on the link, they’ll see those options.

with a scroll down. Yeah, thank you so much for adding that. And then there’s another question was is this for women who don’t have partners? Absolutely. In all actuality, I’d say at least half of the women I coach, if not more, are single partnered or solo partnered. Right? This is a hundred percent for this it like even when I was talking about the reignite program, where exactly was I like maybe one place I was talking about relationship. Relationship, if you’re in a relationship, yes, we address that aspect of things.

But so much of this work, releasing change, that is not specifically about being in a relationship. That’s not somebody else’s relationship with yourself and around the concept of sexuality. Educating yourself, you need to educate yourself on your body, pleasure, your general urinary syndrome, hormones, your health, like all those things. That’s nothing to be like if you’re not in a relationship, you don’t need this, right? Investing yourself, prioritizing yourself. Actually, you don’t, you know, you would think that single women

prioritize themselves, but not necessarily. They might be out saving the world and everybody else. Would this is about your relationship with yourself, investing yourself, prioritizing yourself, getting curious about what pleasure looks like for you, how your body works, all those different things. That’s you don’t need to be married for that. You don’t need to be in a relationship with that. Nurturing desire, once again, like I also I’m like a sex toy expert as well. So self pleasure

And toys will talk about that as well. This is not, you don’t have to go find a partner, you know. These days it might be safer not to have one. So, like it’s fine. Whatever way you are, and however way you show up, that’s fine. If you have no partner and you’re solo partner, that’s great. If you have a single partner, that’s great. If you’re a poly partner, that is fine as well. However way you show up, the most important partner you will ever have is yourself.

The best lover you should ever have is yourself. You should be able to be comfortable with your with yourself, your body, and your sexuality, right? So nurturing desire is not about somebody else. Intentionally connecting, number one is intentionally connecting with yourself. And then if you choose to connect with others, then go ahead and connect with others. But there’s so much, like even our pajama party, we talk about so many things happening in women’s lives, not just about sex and even.

Around sex solo partner, I’d have to say there’s so many women that in in this group that are single, like and having a fabulous time around this, you know. trust the process, it’s just not linear. That has nothing to do with like you have to be in a relationship and expanded pleasure, joy, touch, play, sensuality, connection, confidence. None of that says you need to be in a relationship. So the answer is absolutely not.

Absolutely not. You get to be here for you. because this is about sexual intimacy and expressing yourself sexually is not just for somebody that’s married or in relationships or anything like that. Like solo partnered single people get to tap into that part. If you can imagine, like if you’re not tapping into your sexuality and sexual pleasure, you’re dampening and blocking off a part of yourself. And that shows who you show up in in your life and just so 100%.

Alrighty. So come and join us. We’re so happy to have the people that have already joined us. Fabulous group of women. Send this information to your friend. I’m going to be in like the next hour or so, I’m gonna be sending out the replay of this. Probably give me a couple hours to send the replay. feel free to send it to your friends as well. Okay. All right, Donna. Love you. Everybody on this call? Excited to see everybody. Love you.

Thank you.
