Are You All In?

Are You All In?

It’s August 3. 2020 and I’m in the middle of a transformation.

Today, I have decided to go “all in” on myself. I’ve set a couple of big goals related to my health, losing weight and growing my business. Today is also the day that I start a new master level coaching program.

I’ve decided to go all in on myself and my life. I’ve committed to feeling all the feeling and not blocking them out with food. I’ve committed to exercising daily and not mailing (or half assing) in my work outs. But most importantly I’ve decided to be all in on feeling the discomfort and allowing failures in order to grow and become the best person and coach that I can be.

But, this being “all in” stuff is scary. I feel like I’m in a place of intense vulnerability. Like I’ve been stripped of my armor and have no weapons to fight.

Then I realize my power is actually in my ability to be vulnerable. My ability to let out all the imperfections and be visible, just as I am.

I am not perfect.

I am so far from perfect …

But I do have a sincere desire to be the best version of myself.

I do want to be the best sex coach for you, for my Diamonds.

In order to be the best sex coach, I realize I have to gain even more skill. I have to learn to process emotions. I have to be willing to fail so I can learn and grow.

What I do know is…our fears feel overwhelming because we are unable to process an intense emotion.

So many of my clients suffered in silence for years about their sexual difficulties because it’s so hard to talk about sex.

I get it, I’ve been there myself.

The embarrassment. The shame. It is all real.

But so is the joy on the other side of being vulnerable. Being “all in” on yourself.

When you realize what you fear the most is just a feeling…. shame, anger, rejection, then you will begin to see a different way.

When you realize you can survive processing the emotions and talking about your sexual problems, then a new future opens up for you and you realize you have options.

So, I’m going “all in” on myself over the next 6 months.

Will you join me?

Where do you want to be six months from now?

You can accomplish so much in the next six months.

Let me help you.

It’s time to go “all in”on yourself.

It’s time to go “all in” on your sex life.

I’m here to help. Reach out if you need me.
